Thank you for submitting your complaint here. We take great pride in transparency of issues that arise between us and our customers, even prospective customers like yourself.

In regard to taking you off of our “call list”, this is not something that we can actively manage. All of our calls are business to business and there are no regulations regarding these. We do not have a call list that we actually call. Our sales reps seek to find sub contractors that are licensed and actively bonded for the projects that Generals request subs from us for.

We suggest that you just tell the rep that you are not interested and he has no reason to call you if you are not interested in bidding the projects that we find. You can also always contact our customer service department at 800-596-7423 if you would like any further help.

Another Construction Pipeline Complaint

Here is the second complaint just received via this site. For your convenience we have reproduced it here. You may view the original complaint by clicking here.

Give it time, I’m sure as soon as enough people find out about this, you’ll have all the complaints you want.
I just got off the phone, actually was hung up on by one of your sleazy salesmen, when he couldn’t convince me not to continue the service. Nothing pisses me off more than to be hung up on. If you want to know why we canceled send that ignorant POS over here and I’ll “explain” it to him in person.

Thank you Jim for posting this complaint here. We are always looking for insight from dissatisfied customers. This helps us to better create a unique service that will benefit all in the construction industry. We have actually reviewed the call of your cancellation and it appears that the customer service rep was just trying to find out the specific reason for cancellation, which is a normal process for retention purposes of any service or product, and you were just adamant about canceling stating that you are “not interested in our service”. We understand that you may have found it time consuming to answer some normal retention question and answers. We apologize if you found this process problematic. Upon the review of the call we did not find any instance of a rep hanging up, however the call did abruptly end. Upon your request on this call yesterday on 08-16-2011, your account was canceled and we wish you the best of luck.

Construction Pipeline’s First Complaint Submitted!

After over a month of this blog being up and running, we have finally received the first complaint via Construction Pipeline’s Complaint forum. You can view the actual comments on the article No Complaints Yet, What? For your convenience we have relayed the actual comment here along with our response for easy viewing.

Customer’s Complaint:

construction pipeline sucks. I was sent 5 leads and all of them were a waste of time. Times are hard enough now, I can’t pay $40 per lead to waste my time and not even get a chance to bid anything ( great pre screening on their end). They will sell you the world to get you to sign up. I ask for a refund on my account and I was told to pack sand because I canceled my membership.

If you have time to waste and money to burn I would sign up for their service.

Our Reply:

Dan Thank You for being the first one to post on Construction Pipeline Complaint Blog. I noticed that you received your five leads in the first few days that you were with our company and then canceled. I noticed as well that there wasn’t any feedback left from you as to specific issues on the leads that we sent. We have a very liberal replacement policy on leads so perhaps if you would have stated specifically what the issue was on the leads we could have helped you. Always remember that the leads we provide are to general contractors so it is not a one phone call close as with home owners. These are companies that are in business constantly bidding work, so as long as you stay in contact with them you will be able to hopefully develop good, sound relationships. We wish you the best in your work.

No Complaints Yet, What?

All right, are we going to have to pay someone to write a complaint here? Several weeks in and no one has complained yet, what is going on?

Last week one of our client service reps took a call from a sub that was very unhappy. The sub wasn’t upset about the service, in fact liked the leads we had sent but he became upset that we administratively canceled his account.

He called back the day after and spoke to the general manager about his complaint and was told the reason we canceled his account was because of the negative feedback that we had received from generals. The sub had stories about each general and why their complaint was not right, but keeping in mind that we are looking for patterns when it comes to feed back not just one bad review as one can’t make everyone happy, the GM kept to the administrative cancel on the account.

Needless to say the customer was very unhappy about this and threatened to write all type of bad internet reviews about our company. He said the complaints would not be about the leads themselves, but rather on how we administratively closed his account. The GM told him to come to this site and air his grievance here as we are waiting for someone to complain, but as is apparent, he has not.

So again, would someone out there please challenge us and air your complaint here!

We Are Still Here Waiting To Hear Your Complaints.

Two weeks ago we launched this complaint blog so that customers or former customers of Construction Pipeline can let us know the issues that they have had. Too often the internet gives too much lime light to the lone wolves out there, that is why we decided to reach out to anyone that may have had an issue that they would like addressed.

So far no one has left any comments, and we are looking to always improve our service so if you are out there and it is just not some lone wolf or competitor posting on complaint forums bogus issues, let us help you with any problem or concern that you may have had with our service.

We are waiting……
